Silky Bleaching Powder (Blue)
HOW TO USE:
Bleaching Powder is used as a standard bleaching for complete or partial lifts:
1 part of bleaching powder
2 parts peroxide 20,30,40 vol.(choose the volume of peroxide according to the level of lift you want to achieve).
DEVELOPMENT TIME:
Develoment time vaires from 20 up to 50 minutes, depending on: the hair color, the level of lift you wish to achieve, the state of hair, the different techniques, the temperature of the place of work – the volume and the quantity of the peroxide used.
